Montash associates are currently partnered with a large FMCG organisation searching for a Head of BI to lead the BI strategy for the organisation. The individual must come from a strong BI project / programme management background and have extensive experience in leading BI teams. The individual will be in charge of all areas of BI within the organisation and the consolidation of all the areas of BI under one strategy is a key part to this role. Stakeholder management skills and the ability to highlight the importance of BI / Business intelligence to the business is imperative. Individuals who have previous experience working in the BI space in an FMCG environment or retail environment would be preferred.
Required:
- Previous experience creating a BI strategy and leading a BI function
- Strong BI / business intelligence background
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing / metrics
- Knowledge of Cognos / netezza / other relevant BI tools
- Strong stakeholder management
