Strong problem solving skills, analytical mindset, 1st Class education Our client a technology driven Proprietary Trading Firm with a global presence are looking to expand their proprietary trading arm in London, with 2 traders at present, they are looking for an exceptional Java Developer to join the team as the 3rd person and be the foundation for the planned growth to c20 people over the next 12 months working with state of the art infrastructure and as part of the global development team (EU, US and the Far East). You must have solid business analysis, design, implementation, testing and roll out experience. You must be a perfectionist and pragmatic with the aptitude to be a future pillar within this exciting and growing proprietary trading firm combined with "best amongst peer"
