| Description: | Montash Associates have been retained by a Global Financial Services organisation to acquire a Lead Enterprise Application Architect to join a growing Enterprise Architecture Function. My client is currently undergoing a strategic transformation and requires a Lead Enterprise Application Architect to lead a team of EAs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Leading a team of Enterprise Application Architects Enterprise Application Architecture strategy & roadmaps Responsible for current –state and future-state target operating models Thought leadership around Application Architecture Creation and ensuring adherence to, governance and standards Driving maturity in the architecture function Managing 3rd parties and outsourced partners Essential Requirements: Enterprise-wide architecture Applications architecture Team management/leadership Track record of delivery Experience within a complex and challenging environment (not necessarily financial services) Appreciation of Architectural Frameworks, eg Zachman or TOGAF Knowledge/awareness of .NET, JAVA, BPM, Messaging Montash Limited acts as an employment agency/business.
