| Description: | A world class Investment Bank has retained the services of Montash Associates to acquire a Head of Quantitative Trading to be based in the City of London. Montash Associates have been retained to acquire a Head of Quantitative Trading. The successful candidate will run a desk of world class Quantitative Researchers, Developers and Traders. This proprietary trading franchise develops and trade high frequency strategies, supported by a team of world class technologist and researchers utilising top tier infrastructure. This is a high pressured, high return role suited to only the most ambitious and dedicated of individuals. Joining at MD level with a clear path for progression as the group expands. This institute is committed to growing its activity in this area and will provide the funding needed. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the following:• Leading a global group of over 20• High frequency proprietary trading background• FX• Quantitative trading strategies• Innovation and passion in relation to technology• Managed a P&L of over $150m.
