| Description: | Montash Associates is seeking an SAP BW Practice Lead / Delivery Manager for a Global Consultancy that has a reputation for delivering some of the most leading edge SAP Information programmes and is recognised by both industry analysts and SAP as being a thought leader and early adopter in both the SAP and Business Information Management domains. The ideal candidate will have experience of pre-sales within a consulting environment and must have the following background. • At least 8 full lifecycles of SAP BW implementation experience, 5 of which gained in a SAP BW lead role with at least 12 project reports (large programme experience would be preferential). • Strong knowledge of business processes within at least three SAP functional areas and specific knowledge of more than one industry sector (and the associated SAP industry solutions). • Prior practice lead experience, preferably within a consulting environment, experience must as a minimum include business development, delivery management, capability demand planning, and practice / people development. • Strong “Consulting” skills – demonstrable presentation and client facing skills are a must. All candidates must be assertive and articulate with the ability to develop and sustain senior customer relationships. • Prior immersion in information strategy and architecture programmes; awareness of Business Performance Management drivers for BI technology adoption essential. • Understanding of SAP’s Business Objects product portfolio strategy. • Highly mobile; 100% mobility required.
