Andrew Larholt founded Montash, a multi-award winning global technology recruitment business in 2004 following a successful start to his recruitment career in a much larger firm. He is passionate about hiring, developing and retaining the best people and is committed to making Montash an employer of choice. Nurturing and supporting talented people by giving them room to grow within Montash has resulted in Montash’s own growth and will continue to be a large part of its future growth

Andy is a well-respected figure within the IT industry, having spent over 16 years building his network and reputation. As well as his interests in Montash Andy holds an active interest in a number of other technology related companies.

Aside from his business engagements Andy is actively involved in a number of Charities and is particularly passionate about giving opportunities to people of less fortunate backgrounds.

His spare time is devoted to his young family, whilst enjoying participating in squash matches, working on his golf swing and racing his Caterham.
