Highly successful and experienced CEO/MD & Non Exec Director in the staffing sector with an excellent record of growing businesses from start up to returning shareholder value to stakeholders. Experience includes rapid sales and profit growth, business turnaround and realisation of shareholder value.

Dino graduated from Moorgate Business School in the City of London with a BA (Honours) in Business and Marketing. He began his recruitment career as a Head-hunter in London, focusing on Sales & Trading Professionals within Investment Banks in Major Cities around the Globe, including the City of London, Europe, New York and Hong Kong.

In 1999 Dino was the Co Founder of Blue Group International (BGI), a Recruitment Consultancy specialising in Permanent and Contract staffing to the Telecommunications, Construction and the Healthcare Sectors. Dino was key in driving sales growth from this start up to over £19 million within a 2-year period between 1999 to 2001. Blue Group International grew into 3 business areas, Bluetec, Bluecare Medical and Bluecare Social Care; within its 7th year of trading in 2006 the group had a turnover of £48m and 180 staff. Blue Group International was successfully sold in two separate transactions to trade buyers.

Following the success of BGI, Dino was approached by O&G Investments to launch a Financial Recruitment Consultancy in November 2007; initial funding for phase one of the launch was £1m.

Dino is currently the Managing Director of Leisurejobs, a Leisure and Hospitality recruitment solutions provider offering both physical and online solutions. Since taking the role up the business has more than doubled its sales and achieved record profits in one of the toughest economic environments the UK has ever seen.

In addition Dino is Chairman and Non Exec Director to a number of recruitment companies within Oil and Gas, Financial Markets, Accountancy, Information Technology and Management Consultancy.
