    Andy Larholt founded Montash as a SAP specialist recruitment firm.

  • 2005-2006

    Moved to larger premises and won 2 major clients.

  • 2006-2007

    The team grew to 8 employees. An accounts department was established and the contracts business continued to grow.

  • 2007-2008

    Montash diversified and moved away from only SAP and started the permanent recruitment division.

  • 2008-2009

    An account with a large FTSE FMCG Group was won, Montash was retained to resource their global IT transformation.

  • 2009-2010

    Montash moved to a bigger office based in Old Street, London - Clere House.

  • 2010-2011

    Investment was made to improve the infrastructure for further development and business growth.

  • 2011-2012

    A practice strategy was introduced, a record permanent placement was achieved with a FTSE Client.

  • 2012-2013

    Montash hit the £10m turnover threshold and the first NED was appointed.

  • 2013-2014

    Montash moved to a much larger office, where we are currently based Linen Court in Old Street. Investment was made into refurbishing the office and fitting in mod cons.

  • 2014

    Further investments was made to further develop the infrastructure to ensure continued growth and business development. Montash Academy was established to provide structured training programmes for trainees.

    Montash also celebrated its 10 years of success in business as it turned 10 years old.
