There’s a vast hole to be filled in the cloud financial software space. At the top end of town there are solutions from NetSuite, SAP and Workday WDAY -0.44% (among others) to bring large enterprise ERP into the cloudy era. At the small end of town there are a plethora of options – incumbent Intuit INTU -0.76% has reinvented Quickbooks as a true cloud solution and upstart Xero is trying to rain on their parade. But in between these two extremes, for the business that is growing but isn’t yet big enough for a “grown up” ERP, or for the smaller business with a complex business to operate, the potential solutions are few and far between.
