BTFS is an up and coming player in the facilities management market. Launched in-house by their parent company BT, BTFS manages the group’s expanding estate. HR Director Hilary Savage-Martin shares how, with the help of data consultancy Trovus, BTFS are using their people data to develop and maintain a happy culture and empowered workforce.
