SAP SE will showcase its operating principle Run Simple and its commitment to simpler, smarter operations at the NRF 104th Annual Convention & EXPO, being held January 11-14 in New York City. Also on Sunday, Charles Nicholls, senior vice president of Product Strategy, Marketing Solutions, at hybris, will be joined by Robin Shah, head of Phenix Program at Nespresso, for a session on "Optimizing the Consumer Experience Across Channels and Devices." In addition to retailer-led customer sessions in the "SAP Retail Theater," ULTA Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. and other retailers will have designated showcase sections in the SAP booth. The featured retailers will demonstrate how they use SAP solutions to improve business efficiencies, merchandising and marketing, engage with consumers and drive sales.
