Service should bolster IT service management platform with machine learning capabilities.

Logicnow has launched new machine learning capabilities in its IT services management platform that should help improve how managed service providers serve their end-user customers.

Dubbed Logiccards, the service IT service providers access to real-time data-driven insights derived from billions of data points collected from the millions of devices managed by the tens of thousands of MSPs that depend on the firm’s MAX RemoteManagement platform.

The firm claims that the collective intelligence derived from the world’s largest community of MSPs and delivered through Logiccards enables MSPs to improve services and increase the value they provide without the huge investments and timescales that data analytics and machine learning on this scale demand.

Logiccards delivers trends and predictive insights that enable MSPs to detect and predict critical factors such as device failure, business opportunity and security threats. These notification ‘cards’ will be complemented by industry intelligence cards and educational and informational content. The machine learning within the system ensures that the information that is delivered is optimised over time to reflect the business environment and areas of interest of each MSP individually.

2017-09-21 09:00:00 +0100
