Montash is ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Certified in its 3rd year running

9/10/2015 by

Montash maintains its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management by successfully completing an audit carried out by BSI, 3 years running.

Montash was recently audited by BSI who confirmed that they are still achieving the objectives of the ISO 9001:2008 quality management System. This is the third successful audit by an independent third party that has been achieved by Montash since applying for the accreditation in 2013.

Montash provides a high level of service to its clients and candidates with quality assurance at the centre of its focus, as the recent audit demonstrates Montash’s consistent delivery of a quality management service.

The ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system, where an organisation needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products / services that meet customer statutory & regulatory requirements. The ISO aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes and continual improvement of the systems, and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory & regulatory requirements.

Andy Larholt – CEO of Montash, commented, “With our core values deeply embedded within our business and culture and one of the values is “quality”, it’s great to see our values and what we believe in are reflected through our achievements. He also added “Quality is something we take seriously at Montash, we ensure that we consistently provide quality service to our clients and candidates. We are continually investing in systems and procedures that help us achieve excellence throughout the business. We are pleased that we have been recognised for our work and have maintained the ISO accreditation, this further strengthens our position in providing a continually high level of service to our clients and candidates.”

Montash was audited by BSI, an Independent certification body. The internal processes and procedures were thoroughly assessed to ensure quality processes were still being followed.

Andy Larholt also adds, “Montash has achieved double-digit growth year-on-year. In 2016, we are investing in more staff and expanding into new markets; to provide our clients and candidates with an all-round IT recruitment solution. We will be further developing our in-house IT infrastructure and continue to ensure all our processes and procedures are compliant with the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.”
