New BI offers compliance improvements

24/05/2016 by

RizePoint has released a new business intelligence (BI) tool that should help companies improve their compliance. The dashboard from RizePoint will offer real-time auditing information so that employees can better manage essential business operations. The console also offers intuitive insights reporting, which could simplify Corrective Action Management processes, for example.

RizePoint is one of the global leaders in BI tools that proactively tackle enterprise compliance issues. These relate to both externally and internally imposed standards. Talking of the new BI tool, RizePoint Chief Executive Frank Maylett said: “RizePoint is empowering customers to analyse and share their most critical information in real-time, from the board room to the most remote location. When an organisation utilises our Business Intelligence dashboards, they dramatically improve compliance throughout their entire enterprise.”

RizePoint’s new BI goes far beyond regular analysis and reporting. In fact, users can access global audit data with just one click, helping to significantly speed up traditionally slow processes. This consolidation of information will provide a way for employees to work within their role using real-time data. As an example, QA reports can be utilised by quality managers, whilst the same process can be used to create safety reports for safety managers. This means that all individuals in an organisation can benefit from BI, regardless of their level or standing, with data appropriate to an employee’s role so that it can be correctly used. This means that productivity can be increased, whilst potentially costly issues can be isolated quickly to avoid major financial fallout.

Overall, RizePoint has a number of features that could be of benefit to firms wanting to tackle internal and external compliance issues. The BI tool can offer real-time audit data, and reduce the amount of time that audits take by days and sometimes weeks. It can also be used to create intuitive reports, share results and conduct assessments. The BI solution comes both in the cloud and as a mobile app, allowing companies to improve safety, quality and product sustainability regardless of where they are. In addition, the software can be well trusted, with five of the top eight hospitality brands and the same number of food service companies using it.

With compliance being such an important issue in the modern era, it’s essential for companies to take steps to remain within regulations – and by having the right tools on hand, this can be more easily achieved.
