IT Support Analyst required. An IT Support Analyst is required by Montash's client, a media company based in North London, on an initial three month contract.
The IT Support Analyst will work in a small team offering 1st line support to an SME sized organisation. It is essential for the IT Support Analyst to come from a Windows background and have experience of offering support to an SME sized organisation. This role is not suitable for someone who has experience of supporting very small or large organisations.
The IT Support Analyst will help with things such as triage type stuff - printer issues, managing meeting rooms, user errors etc. In addition, you will carry out a Windows 10 migration in-between support tickets, so experience of doing a Windows 10 migration will be advantageous.
The role will suit a personable IT Support Analyst because it is more desk-side and the ability to get along with people is essential. We would be looking for someone who is used to a desk-side environment.
To summarise, the IT Support Analyst will have the following skills/experience:
- 1st line support: triage type stuff - printer issues, managing meeting rooms, user errors etc
- Desk-side support experience
- Personable / good interpersonal skills
- Consistent experience of working for SME sized organisations
- Experience of doing a Windows 10 migration
