Montash are currently seeking a number of Associate Recruitment Consultants to join our graduate trainee programme. This is initially a 12 month programme but please note that you are still able to make significant commission during this training period. This role is a hybrid role between working from home and in our brand new office in Liverpool Street.

Working across the DACH or Benelux regions, where we have seen significant growth, you will assist in winning new clients and then match them with the best Tech talent. You will specialise in a niche technology and region, and build up your network from scratch by talking to candidates and clients on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone that is financially motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial and who wants to start a fast paced career within IT Recruitment.
