About the position

Vehicles nowadays are home to advanced hardware and software platforms which engage with the outside world, and securing them entails looking at the whole structure rather than their individual components.

As an international IT security organisation, we seek creative and energetic minds to develop and implement security concepts for the cars of the future. Your will play a key role in the development of future vehicles by analysing the risk they run in terms of both individual systems and whole security architecture. You will want to stay updated on current attack vectors and vulnerabilities crucial to the automotive sector and building up a solid threat catalog throughout your journey.


  • Perform risk assessment of specific modules and entire systems starting from concept stage
  • Develop and maintain threat catalogs
  • Establish high-level mitigation and security requirements
  • Develop and implement security concepts according to the requested Risk assessment
  • Coordinate the implementation of security concepts in the general architecture


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in risk analysis of IT systems or related IT security
  • Experience in cyber security
  • Excellent German and English skills (reading, writing, speaking)

Experience in the following areas is a plus

  • Automotive industry / IoT / Application Providing
  • Network communications, cryptography, identity management, application development - application security, code analysis / penetration testing
  • Solutions design and consulting
