Montash have been engaged by a leading Travel Company to source a Digital Resourcer for an initial 2 month contract based in Luton.

They are looking for a Digital recruiter / resourcer to for a large ramp up in permanent recruitment within the digital and ecommerce space. This resourcer will assist in the plan recruitment activity for:

-New Investment in Applications

-Existing Channels- investment in new enhancement where additional sales/revenue could be realised by enhancing existing web apps ect

You will also be involved in sourcing day to day, networking, and going out to market on roles that come through.

The ideal candidate would be accomplished in recruiting within the digital arena across the following areas:

Digital Analysts, UX/UI Developers and Designers, Product Owners, Testers, QA, SEO and Content

Essential Skills

* Experience of technical/digital recruitment
* Expert in proactive direct candidate sourcing methods using tools such as LinkedIn recruiter, CV databases, market mapping, technical job boards and social media channels
* A skilled communicator able to build engagement with prospective candidates
* Proven experience of recruiting roles such as (but not limited to) Digital Analysts, UX/UI Developers and Designers, Product Owners, Testers, QA, SEO and Content
* Familiarity with and confident discussing technical terminology with stakeholders and candidates alike
* Organised, with strong attention to detail
* Able to work at pace and juggle multiple demands including the ability to flex
* Driven, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to work with simplicity, clarity & efficiency
* High degree of influencing and impact through relationship management
* Good working knowledge of employment legislation
* Experience of using ATS systems effectively to manage candidates and vacancies, ensuring that data is correct and complete
