Montash have been engaged by a leading Consultancy to source a Full Stack Developer for a 6 month contract based in London. This is working on a UI project for a for a government client and is outside of IR35. You will need to go through BPSS Clearance for this role.

The Front End Developer will have the following:

The required skills for both front end and back end development of microservices, making use where appropriate of Java 7, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Javascript, Angular 6 or 7 using NgRx, HTML 5, CSS 3, Node.js.

  • Design, run and improve software that meets user needs
  • Report directly to Technical designer
  • Collaborate with others when necessary to review specifications and use these agreed specifications to design, code, test and document programs or scripts of medium to high complexity, using the right standards and tools
  • Help fix faults following agreed procedures and carry out agreed infrastructure maintenance tasks
  • Build and test simple interfaces between systems, or can work on more complex integration as part of a wider team
  • Collaborate with user researchers and can sell or represent users internally. Understand the difference between user needs and desires of the user
  • Be involved in story shaping and kick off and supervise the translation of stories into pragmatic solutions
  • Code development in each story
  • Building up a useful, robust automated test suite to support a Continuous Deployment environment
  • Implement front-end or back-end for internal and external use
  • Collaborate to form firm view of quality metrics and expectations for the delivery, and work with these throughout the sprints
  • Test against shared understanding of "done" with team and help understand what's important
