Hallo! Are you a fluent German Speaking graduate? Montash are looking for an Account Manager to join their extremely successful DACH team.

What the role entails

- You will work closely with the key clients ensuring you continue to strengthen the existing relationship and service Montash already provide them.
- You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and HR alongside providing an excellent and quality service while always delivering against and client requirements within agreed timescales.


Responsibilities
- Managing a key client (or number of them)
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage requirements across multiple divisions with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and procurement
- Ability to source new requirements through building trust with hiring managers
- Client site meetings
- Candidate meetings
-Develop and grow accounts; Increasing revenue and visibility of client needs
- Generate a high quality talent pool
- Set own goals/self-analysis
