Helpdesk Analyst required. Helpdesk Analyst required by market leading company based in Eindhoven. As a Helpdesk Analyst you will be responsible for supporting their enterprise business systems both remotely and locally, working in a busy helpdesk environment.
The Helpdesk Analyst will provide analysis, diagnosis and resolution of first line incidents and service requests via phone, email and face to face contact.
The Helpdesk Analyst will have proven track-record resolving a broad variety of 1st line and ideally posses knowledge of Microsoft, SAP, and Salesforce application support.
To summarise, the Helpdesk Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
Experience in service desk operation, IT helpdesk or technical support.
Excellent in English communication and negotiation skills both verbal and written.
Knowledge of Microsoft, SAP, and Salesforce application support
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
Resourceful and self-motivated.
Able to manage tasks with minimum supervision.
The role will suit a confident team player with who has the ability to communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience, and the capacity to respond to over 40 calls per day with a 70% fix rate.
