Helpdesk Team Lead - E-commerce B2B Support - London - £45,000 + bonus & benefits
Our client an e-commerce business who partner with leading retailers such as ASOS, are currently seeking a Helpdesk Team Lead to build a 1st line support team from scratch to support their leading B2B e-commerce optimisation platform.
As Help Desk Team Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and managing their Help Desk Team and must have previous experience supporting a SaaS based platform.
Essential Skills
- At least 2 years' experience of e-commerce B2B support
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Previous experience building a helpdesk team from scratch
- Multilingual - French or German
Responsibilities:
- Establishing & managing a 1stline support team
- Implementation of necessary 1st line processes & procedures
- Generating internal and customer facing documentation
- Troubleshoot issue to identify cause & resolve if able, escalate if not
- Delivering on Customer Support KPIs
