HR Systems Consultant; SuccessFactors - Employee Central - Weybridge

Our client a FTSE 100 business are embarking on an exciting HR Transformation, as such they have an opportunity for a HR Systems Consultant focusing on Employee Central to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to establish and own the role from day one.

The HR Systems Consultant will be involved in the successful implementation and ongoing support of the HR Technology roadmap. Working closely with the functional lead, they will help bridge process and technology solutions to improve the overall delivery of HR programs and services.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years' experience using and managing a variety of HR systems and applications
  • Previous SuccessFactors implementation experience (Employee Central)
  • Previous experience working on multinational projects and working with teams onshore and offshore.
  • Willingness to travel (25% of the time)
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design of Global Solution Template for functional area
  • Liaise with Global Process Owner and the Business Design Lead to gain business direction for the functional area of design
  • Act as the conduit between IT and the project team, ensuring requirements are properly understood and captured
  • Support the definition of business processes and system requirements
  • Analyse business requirements and provide advice on scope and options for process, systems and operational improvements
  • Support the design and creation of selective prototypes to demonstrate usability of the system template
  • Participate in all system tests to ensure compatibility of production design into functional design
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of the HR system data structures / workflows / security / access etc. ensuring they meet HR & business requirements
  • Monitor all design and perform tests on all software integrations and perform troubleshoot on all technical processes
  • Manage and provide response to all HRIS issues and ensure compliance to timeframe and provide efficient feedback to all system enhancements and provide training for all annual system processes
  • Provide support for troubleshooting issues
  • Contribute to delivery of BAU change in line with system specialism, acting as a subject matter expert
