HR Data Lead; SuccessFactors - Weybridge - £75K + £6K car allowance + Up to 30% bonus

Our client a FTSE 100 business are embarking on an exciting HR Transformation, as such they have an opportunity for a HR Lead to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to establish and own the role from day one.

The HR Data Lead is responsible for designing and implementing the HR Data Architecture and Data Model ensuring it is fully optimised globally. Leading the design of data migration including data cleansing and validation procedures.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience of SuccessFactors implementations
  • Minimum 5 years in performing HR Data source and target analysis
  • Minimum 5 years in HR data migration
  • Solid background in solution architecture with a focus on HR data Architecture and HR data Modelling
  • Experience building HR Data Models from scratch
  • Architectural thinking and delivery of architectural work products
  • Functional knowledge of SAP HCM/Employee Central
  • Strong knowledge of the integration points with other modules
  • Experience working for a multinational organisation and working with colleagues internationally and demonstrated mobility
  • Experience managing teams; remote management


  • Ownership and design of HR Data architecture and strategy so as to provide an adequate control environment and to maintain the integrity of the template
  • Embed internal/external leading practices to standardise the data and control design
  • Lead the definition of the base line and target data architecture and supporting artefacts/models
  • Lead the design and review of data architecture
  • Responsible for managing the wider master data model covering data source and replication
  • Lead identifying and validating data migration scope, risks and constraints
  • Lead the design of data migration, cleansing, conversion and validation procedures
  • Work with legacy system suppliers to support the data migration processes
  • Exert significant influence on upstream and downstream data design within and outside the functions to drive end to end solution effectiveness and efficiency
  • Lead the design and creation of selective prototypes to demonstrate usability of the data design
