Montash has been engaged by a top tier Identity & Access Management (IAM) brand to further build their new operation in Dublin, which is part of the company's long term strategy to invest into and grow their EMEA arm further.
One of the key hires is for a IAM Support Escalation Manager. In this role you will be reporting directly to the head of technical support and will be responsible for the higher level duties for the department, acting as the main POC. You will take ownership of several key accounts and handle high priority cases, whilst in the background controlling escalations in the technical support team. You will be leading a team here but you do not necessarily need management experience, so this role is an excellent step up for an experienced IAM Support / operations specialist.
The successful candidate must have.
- 5+ years suporting Identity & Access Managment solutions
- Working with Identity & Access Managment solutions in a enterprise technical support, professional services, or system administrations role
- Experience holding a senior IAM position.
