IAM Manager needed. Our client, a leading technology company need an IAM Manager to start ASAP in London on a 6 month contract.

As the IAM manager, you will be working within the IAM and wider Cybersecurity domains. You will have exposure to delivering IAM improvement through strategy and review work and will have led teams to deliver IAM implementations or run operational services. You will be expected to identify opportunities where IAM people, processes or technology require improvement to strengthen security.

IAM Manager responsibilities:

  • Working across a portfolio of IAM related cyber engagements.
  • Reporting to a Director, you will typically be responsible for the day to day management of an IAM workstream
  • Co-ordinating local and remote team members, you will design and/or build solutions within large transformations
  • Running reviews, assessments and building strategies for organisations looking to invest in IAM
  • Identifying opportunities clients further and escalating these potential areas to the engagement manager
  • Establishing and building a network of contacts
  • Planning and delivering engagements on time and on budget
  • Contributing to the creation of proposals and marketing material
  • Contributing to the development of the existing Cybersecurity team by sharing knowledge, setting an example, and helping team members develop
  • Promoting the relevance of the UKI Identity practice management team to the wider firm and our clients


Skills And Attributes For Success:

A background within security and technology with experience in the following areas are required

  • Project management
  • Exposure across one or more of the following Identity Governance; Access Management; Privileged Access Management; Consumer Identity
  • Working with one or more of the following IAM technologies SailPoint; CyberArk; Azure; ForgeRock; Oracle; CA; IBM; Saviynt
  • Business analysis experience such as requirements gathering and modelling use cases
  • Business development supporting new business offerings
  • Security strategy, assessment, and design and implementation
  • Governance frameworks over processes, controls, organisation and infrastructure

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Strong experience working within IAM and Cybersecurity
  • Strong academic record, to degree level in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Project and programme experience
  • Willingness to travel 25% - 50% of the time
