Montash have been engaged by a leading FTSE 100 Company to source A process improvement analyst to work in Luton for a 6 month role with travel to Stockholm (once per month for 3 -4 days). *please note that Lean Six Sigma qualifications are required for this role*

You will be working on a large business transformation programme coordinating two end markets, and IT platforms and ensuring common processes.

The client are looking for a Business Analyst / Process Improvement Analyst with a background in Lean Six Sigma to scope out the operating model definition. The Role involves mapping out processes in operation in both markets, facilitating workshops and mapping "to be" processes.

Context

The Business has embarked on an initiative which will see the consolidation of it's operating model across both the UK and Nordics business, which will result in a move from multiple teams and systems performing the same/ similar roles to a single platform, a single way of working and a single team.

A programme has been formed in the technology space, which focuses on the IT element of the change.

This workstream will review the operating model acrosss the UK & I and Nordic Technology Teams and landscapes, with a view to creating a single northern Europe Technology platform and operating model.

Duties/Typical Week

  • Running and facilitating workshops to drive out differences in capabilities and process
  • Planning approach
  • Drive a common way of working, prioritizing requirements - ensuring non functional requirement documents aligned to processes agreed
  • Outputs - coordinating these to key decision makers
  • Planning for further process reviews
  • Represent their workstream at meetings / project boards
  • Clear communications - Stakeholder management - ability to highlight key points in a way that's appropriate to the level of the audience - especially where there may be conflicting interests/agendas

Essential Skills:

  • Lean 6 Sigma (Black belt ideally)
  • Business Process Mapping

  • Experience on large, multi market large transformation programmes within complex organisations

  • International projects experience- exp with different cultures
  • Travel not essential but experience on similar projects with disparate teams a big plus
