Product and Implementation Manager

Our client, a leading Retail Brand are looking for a Product and Implementation manager to join their team.

As the Product and Implementation Manager, you will initially work on the Customer Programme and manage stakeholders to implement New Product solution improvements and enhancements across the group.

Responsibilities:

As a Product and Implementation Manager you will influence the C4C strategy and implementation plans for each of the Group markets.

Define, communicate and prioritise business needs, working closely with the Market General managers and Business Leads to ensure compliance and clarity throughout the roll out.

Act as the Group SME for the C4C digital Product, using your knowledge to evaluate and challenge where appropriate.

The ability to influence multiple director level and senior stakeholders and managing conflicting agendas.

Responsible for managing the business relationship with Group IT to ensure timely, compliant and successful delivery of the Product development.

As the Product and Implementation Owner, you will ensure that delivery plans are aligned to source market implementation plans - identifying any material gaps and providing appropriate solutions.

You will have:

A proven background as a Product Owner with significant knowledge of digital Products.

Sound knowledge band experience of SAP operations

Previous experience working with C4C.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to understand customer needs.
