Project Manager

Overview: Montash is working with an exciting client who are looking for a Project Manager who will be required to support the implementation of global programmes and projects, that has the objective to enabling future revenue streams and establish the client's platform businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the regional organisational units and external partners for the implementation of the project portfolios that support the transformation strategy
  • Facilitate the delivery of the business and IT blueprints
  • Responsible for project initiation documents (PID), project plan(s) and monitor the progress
  • Coordinate projects ensuring capabilities delivered align with the regional and global blueprint
  • Ensure the delivery of outputs meet the programme requirements in line with the project dossier and blueprint
  • Work closely with the Project Office to ensure the alignment of plans
  • Interact with Stakeholders to issue progress reports
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time within the budget constraints and required quality
  • Work with external IT vendors, suppliers and clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Professional experience working in agile and waterfall project management methodologies
  • Extensive experience working with third party suppliers
  • Over 7 years' experience delivering change projects/ business transformations
  • Experience delivering and managing project teams and working within a matrix environment
  • Comfortable interacting with Senior stakeholders and customers
  • Experience working in a platform business
  • Experience developing digital supply chain capabilities
  • Prince 2/ PMBok (desirable)
  • Agile methodologies- SAFe or Scaled Scrum (desirable)
  • MS Project (desirable)
