Montash have been engaged by a leading Multi-national Company based in Surrey to source a Project Manager with a strong finance background (Ideally with SAP) for an 8 - 12-month contract.
You will have a strong track record in Project Management, Finance and Controlling and Global Accounting experience. You will have worked on a diverse range of Management Accounting Projects across the globe.
The Project Manager will have experience in Process Transformation, Corporate reporting and ERP (Ideally SAP). You will be expert in analysing, conceptualizing, optimizing, configuring, implementing and troubleshooting integrated solutions on a global scale.
You will be joining for 8 - 12 months to work on a Global Implementation of the accounting standard IFRS16. You will be responsible for managing the IT side making sure that different countries are engaged. You will need to look at the IT element and not the "Business Change" side as this is already covered by a Business team.
You will be managing the implementation of the Software rollout (IFRS16) globally. All Countries must be onboarded onto this solution within the next 12 months. The project is currently in its initiation phase. You will facilitate and manage the IT adoption, which in some instances will need to interface with a central solution to share data.
Stakeholders will include the business and finance teams and technology and ERP teams. It would be helpful if you have come from an accountancy background with the relevant qualifications. You will have no direct reports. This is an independent role where you will be the dedicated sole PM on the workstream, working closely with business teams.
