QI Analyst- Data Analyst and BI - London- Permanent

Overview: Montash is working with an industry leader in its field who through its continued growth in their organisation are looking to hire a QI Analyst- Data Analyst and BI. You will be based in their Paddington office with the opportunity to work from home at least one day a week. You will be responsible for developing the company's Business Intelligence solutions.


  • You are responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end test plans in an Agile setting to ensure the solutions that are delivered are compliant with the applicable quality standards and perform to the required standard
  • Develop and implement end-to-end test plans for my clients new Business Intelligence solutions and Enterprise Data Warehousing in an Agile environment.
  • End user BI reporting
  • ETL/Data Warehouse (Star Schema construction, ETL, Data Mart)
  • Display enthusiasm towards QA Testing Methods, test automation and toolsets
  • Work effectively alongside an Agile Scrum team
  • If necessary, propose ideas for progress and improvement (toolset, methods)


  • Experience in Software Quality Assurance on Enterprise Data Warehousing and BI Projects
  • Previous experience of integrating in a Scrum driven development team
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions (Cognos, Tableau or similar)
  • Able to take control of the requirements acceptance/review process
  • Masters of Science in Computer Science, Bachelors or Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm towards learning new tools and technical skills
  • API Testing (SOAP UI, Postman)
  • Knowledge of integrating in a Scrum focused development team
  • Previous experience working on projects in different geographical locations
  • Knowledge of the travel industry is a bonus
  • Familiarity with one general-purpose scripting/programming language (Windows PowerShell, Unix Shell, VBscript, Java or equivalent)
  • Test Automation skills a clear bonus
  • Agile Collaboration suite (JIRA, Rally or equivalent)
  • Configuration management (Subversion, Github or equivalent)
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a team (both written and verbal)
  • You are responsible for your assigned tasks and assignments related to the project

Package- Salary: 45-55k + bonus and benefits
