Montash are searching for an experienced SAP Recruitment Consultant (Freelance) who has experience of the European Markets who is looking to progress swiftly into a billing team leader role.

This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with an Associate Director who has grown two out of three European desks from scratch which are now responsible for 50% of company turnover. He has mentored from scratch two of the biggest billers in the company and has an average team tenure of 4 years.

The team now requires an experienced SAP Contract Consultant to come in and take over the mentorship of a new starter (potentially more). No prior team lead experience is required, just the ambition to progress to billing team lead or managing consultant in the next 18 months.

Essential Experience

  • 360 experience as a contract SAP Recruiter across any European market with a proven billing history
  • Ability to leverage on our existing client and candidate database and as well as expanding our client base
  • Solid business development skills
  • Willingness to mentor and progress into a team lead/ management position

Nice to Have

  • Any second language
