SAP Technical Support Lead with Full Secuirty Clearance
- Experience with support of SAP Component (SAP NetWeaver) across multiple operating systems and databases to include Unix variants, Windows Server and Oracle RDBMS. This includes troubleshooting, daily checks, issue handling, application of SAP Notes and support pack application.
- SAP technical configuration and system administration expertise across multiple SAP components including both AS-ABAP and AS-Java based systems. This should include experience across SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP PI and SAP Enterprise Portal
- Experience in SAP Database administration (Oracle RDBMS) including tuning, backup and restore
- Experience in using and supporting highly available SAP component implementation (Veritas Cluster Server, RHEL Pacemaker)
- Recognized as a technical specialist in field of expertise and able to handle technical escalations from junior members of the team
- Competent in SAP deployment methodologies and Solution Manager for core systems administration activity and the set-up of Solution Manager Diagnostics.
- Experience of additional SAP Components - SRM, MDM, TREX and Content Server
- Experience of additional SAP RDBMS - MaxDB
- Experience of SAP Component (SAP NetWeaver) with SAP HANA Database or SAP Sybase ASE RDMBS
- Experience of SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform Experience including experience of deployment across multiple servers for High Availability
