Software Architect needed. A leading Media company are looking for a Software Architect to start ASAP on a 6 month contract in West London.
The Software Architect will have front end experience and be responsible for designing and documenting practical end to end solutions for a global Video on Demand platform.
The Software Architect must have:
- Degree in Computer Science or related
- Extensive experience high and low level software architectures
- Background in software development / N tier acrchit
- On top of the latest developments in technology
- Expert in web and front end technologies
- Expert knowledge of REST
- Experience with Video on Demand technology
- Excellent diagraming and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Functional programming knowledge
- Reactive design patterns
- Experience working across multiple / remote software teams
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript technologies
