Support Engineer required. Support Engineer required by multi-national company based in Enschede. As Support Engineer you will be responsible for supporting business systems at their headquarters and remotely across numerous sites across the Netherlands and Europe.

It is essential that the Support Engineer has an in depth knowledge of 2nd line support, MS Office Suite, Outlook, Windows XP, Windows 7, PC's, Laptops, Printers, Basic LAN/WAN and VPN connectivity.

The Support Engineer will possess unrivalled organizational and technical skills in order to prioritize workload and meet SLA. You will have an extensive background providing technical support within enterprise MS Server environments, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication / Customer Service skills.

To summarise, the Support Engineer must have very strong support skills in the following:

  • MS Office Suite
  • MS Outlook
  • Windows XP
  • Windows 7
  • Knowledge of enterprise MS Server environments
  • PC's, Laptops, Printers
  • Basic LAN/WAN and VPN connectivity knowledge
