Technical Account Manager

Overview: Montash is working with a leading global e-commerce company who require a Technical Account Manager to join immediately on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work in the digital technology team and assist customers who distribute their products.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the Business 2 Business and 3rd party partners into the digital channels (Web and App)
  • Act as the point of contact for partner API owners providing day to day support answers and handling implementation questions
  • Provide guidance around consumption and API design
  • Publish and maintain partner facing documentation
  • Track and report on progress when partners need to make changes and highlight areas of high risk with transactional partners
  • Act as a point of contact for business teams with partner integration questions
  • Support the business teams acting as the technical integration owner
  • Provide assistance with 2nd and 3rd line support
  • Focus on continuous improvements and suggest changes to the B2B API that will benefit partners with their consumption
  • You will be responsible for ownership and delivery, customer and shareholder value, business performance and innovation and change

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in a technical support environment, covering API implementations and Microservices/ SOA Architecture
  • Confident managing stakeholders and negotiating with third parties
  • Current knowledge of API centric Architecture and the relevant technologies
  • You come from a development background and have provided hands on delivery and production support
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working with C#, SQL Server including T/SQL stored procedures, ASP.NET
  • Java and Linux experience
  • Hands on experience of waterfall and agile methodologies
