My client is a Global Shipping and Logistics company that are embarking on a new Dynamics 365 BC/ CRM implementation and they are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their internal it team, working along side the team that manage their current IT systems you will be responsible for any ongoing requirements changes and giving technical support to the internal teams.

- 2+ years of Dynamics CRM support experience ether 1st 2nd or 3rd line support
- experience with Dynamics AX 2012 or 2009
- experience with environment restores and code releases
- experience managing both internal and external support requests
- great trouble shooting skills
- Knowledge of D365 CRM releases, understanding of business process and excellent aptitude for customer service in order to provide unrivalled support to our customers.
