Helpdesk Analyst required. As Helpdesk Analyst you will play a leading role in providing 1st line/ 2nd line support to the market leading organisation-based Exeter.

The Helpdesk Analyst will possess unrivalled organisational and technical skills in order to prioritise workload and meet SLA. You will have an extensive background providing technical support within a helpdesk/service desk environment, and possess strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication/Customer Service skills.

To summarise, the Helpdesk Analyst will have the following skills and responsibilities:

  • Windows 7
  • Exchange
  • Active Directory
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Office
  • Anit-malware
  • Citrix
  • ITIL

It is also highly desirable that you have some knowledge and commercial exposure to the following: SCCM, storage arrays and back-ups.

Effective communication skills are absolutely essential both written and verbal as you will be required to communicate with partners and clients abroad both on the telephone and via email. We are looking for a confident individual who is passionate about providing high level, quality support and who is motivated by delivering and end to end service.
