Agile Coach - €90 - €100 Euros Per Hour - 6 Months Contract - Germany

Montash are engaged with an organisation who want to secure a highly experienced Agile Coach on a 6 month contract with the scope to be extended.

The current teams create success by building innovative solutions that shape the future. To further improve the productivity of the two engineering teams, the client is looking for someone who is deeply involved with agile and scrum practices and someone who can support the build of a high performing team to ensure growth and success for the future.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years of IT experience and/or University degree with a focus in Computer Science.
  • Strong experience to serve highly complex and multiple products team on a global scale.
  • Expert knowledge of trends and techniques to enhance the scrum approach.
  • Good ability to coach, guide and manage scrum teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Effective in sharing knowledge and communicating with colleagues and customers.
  • Open mindset with a passion for change and making things happen.
  • Fluent English, Fluent German is desirable although a plus.
