Job Description

Applications Management Supervisor

 

Montash has been engaged by a client within the automotive industry looking for an Application Management Supervisor. The key responsibilities will be to development and implementation the client service management for applications.

 

Experience Required

  • ITIL certificated
  • Demonstrable experience in managing IT applications in a high paced environment (min 5 years)
  • Significant team management experience
  • Track record of developing service and operating level agreements within a global organisation, with internal application development function as well as with external application vendors
  • Experience of change, project, contract and financial management
  • Demonstrable experience in service improvement
  • Strong team management and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid knowledge of IT Service Management principles and understanding of ITIL standards
  • Strong continuous improvement skills
