In the role your responsibilities will be:

. Cold calling

. Build Rapport

. Build long term relationships

. Generate a pool of candidates

. Headhunting a range of profiles

. Set own goals/self-analysis

. Generate your own business leads through effective business development channels.

This role is ideal for a recent school or college leaver (2011-2015).
