Montash is currently seeking an Audit Senior Manager for one of the Big Four Professional Services Organisations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working in a Professional Services environment within the organisation Audit Team. The right candidate can expect to work closley with the organisations key clients in the Midlands from the automotive, healthcare, retail, financial services and public sector. The organisation are looking for established Senior Managers who are aiming to progress and reach Director level within 3 years.
The right candidate will have the following skillset:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Gained extensive experience within audit.
- Previous experience working with a commercial client portfolio.
- Excellent oral and written communication, planning, project management, networking and influencing skills.
- Proven business development experience and strong commercial acumen.
- A broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive culture.
The role will be based in either Birmingham or Nottingham and will come with an impressive base salary and benefits.
