Montash have been engaged by a leading travel client to source a Network Change Technical PM for an initial contract until early July. There is a strong possibility of extension. The role is based in Luton but will involve some travel to Swansea and Stockport.
The role is to work on a major project to oversee the replacement of TUI's network/ Voice and Contact provider. The solution is based on Avaya. The replacement infrastructure sees a complete replacement of voice and contact centre technologies (new versions, new connections and upgrades).
Relevant experience in a similar multi site contact centre solutions implementation
AVAYA deployment experience
Excellent migration planning experience
Stakeholder management to a high level
Proven track record of multiple supplier negotiations (outgoing and incoming)
Able to work across all levels
Self starter - not someone who follows process to the letter and waits for process to flow - someone who drives/chases
Real strategist with vision able to make good, rational decisions
International / offshore experience
ITIL or similar process experience
