Just to make this clear our client is looking for personality over technical skills, they only want someone who is junior with about 2 years experience who is keen to learn, grow and have passion for their subject.

The challenge

As a Backend Developer, you will work in one of our Scrum or Kanban teams, where you will work with the latest technologies. You work with our VOD platform that the engine is behind products like: Videoland and Pathé Home . As we are a project-based company, there are also other projects you get started. These projects are always very innovative because our clients want to excel in the media landscape in which they are active.

Are you?

... passionate about your profession and are you interested in VOD? An ambitious team player with a can-do mentality? ... Someone who sees (very) complex multimedia solutions as challenging? ... A person with sense of responsibility and make sure that what actions are good for each other?

Beside:

· Do you have at least HBO work and thinking level?

· Do you have knowledge of: Git, Linux, PHP, MySQL, Symfony2 Framework, And ... Maybe even Java / C ++;

· You know about techniques that we (maybe) do not use;

· Do you have experience working in a scrum or kanban team?

Are you able to apply a "point on the i" on the Front end every now and then.
