Role

Working within an existing practice you will be required to work with existing clients and generate new business and the emphasis is to grow your clients into key accounts, with the opportunity to grow in to a mentor/ team lead. 

You will be reporting directly into the Perm Director.
 

Individual Responsibilities/skills:

BI (Business Intelligence) recruitment experience (Ideally 12 months+)

  • Meet individual revenue targets 
  • Canvas new clients and build desk
  • Competitor analysis
  • Generate a high quality talent pool
  • Set own goals/self-analysis 
  • Have a flexible approach and effectively problem solve
