Job Description

Skillset

  • Portal technology experience
  • Ability to create a compelling programme vision
  • Experience in use case / UML, customer journey design
  • Strong experience in process design, and operational design
  • Strong requirements derivation across high level / detailed / NFR dimensions. Ability to prove 9 point checks on requirements
  • Must have ability to challenge the business to elicit strong requirements
  • Experience in information architecture design, UI foundation principles
  • Decent understanding of data modelling - conceptual data models, data attributes etc
  • Demonstrable experience of working on high profile customer and retailer facing portal projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to create and present data driven arguments which underpin and inform business case
  • Excellent understanding of project governance and adherence to governance
  • Strong understanding of how requirements link in to test strategy and test cases
