E-commerce Business Analyst - CMS - West London - £50,000 + bonus & benefits

Our client a well renowned brand with a revenue of $31 billion who are going through a large digital transformation and are heavily investing in their B2C platform and as such it is an exciting time to join their world class team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced e-commerce / digital Business Analyst with an in-depth understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS).

Essential Skills

  • Digital / e-commerce experience with deep understanding of content management (CMS)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid experience in IT solution design in B2B and B2C environments
  • Background in Retail, FMCG or Media preferred


  • Ensure alignment to business objectives and consumer best practices
  • Ensure alignment to business architecture guidelines and IT strategy
  • Administer product backlogs and work with the product owner to ensure effective delivery
  • Ensure requirements functional and non-functional are recorded
  • Drive process improvements
  • Identify opportunities to help shape business strategy.
  • Support the project planning process.
  • Champion customer experience and business process.
