Business Analyst required. A Business Analyst is required by one of Montash's clients, who are a globally recognised brand, on an initial three month contract in Coventry.
The successful Business Analyst will be documenting the "As Is" processes for areas where no "As Is" currently exists. Areas include CRM, lead management, customer service and sales support and finance and pricing processes, so experience in these areas will be an advantage.
The Business Analyst will be required to attend and lead "To be" workshops and write up the defined "To Be" processes and supporting notes. The Business Analyst will be pulling together business impact questions going into the sprints and coming out of the sprints and assessing the business impacts.
The Business Analyst will be taking business requirements, eg from Commercial team/other inputs eg Customer Journey, and analysing the impacts of these on existing processes and finding out where new processes are required. Your communication skills will need to be exceptional as meeting stakeholders and working with them to co-design business processes will be a key part of the role.
In addition to this, the Business Analyst will be writing content in support of target operating model deliverables and writing SLAs for new operational areas. You will also need to be able to estimate costs for all the above changes, while creating robust deliverables outlining cost impacts.
