Business Architect - SAP HR
Montash have been retained by a global Swiss client to source an SAP HR Business Architect to work on an exciting new venture. They require an Experienced Business Architect to join the organisation and support them through their Global Business Change Programme.
The successful candidate will support the HR Team and work closely with the HR Director to architect and implement change to their current HR systems. They require an Experienced Architect that has worked on similar transformation programmes in the past. Experience in Governance, Processes, Road-mapping Structures and SAP HR and Success-Factors is also a must have; as well as a good understand and market knowledge of the future of SAP.
This role is an urgent requirement, the company is undergoing a large period of change where they require strong team members who have the ability to lead and show good stakeholder engagementskills working with the business to encourage and implement change.
The ideal candidate will need to converse in German on occasion. Candidates with conversational German will also be considered.
