Business Change Lead - West Midlands - 6 Month Contract - £500 - £550 Per Day - IT

Montash have been engaged by a large company within the manufacturing sector to secure a highly experienced Business Change Lead with extensive experience in business communication across a variety of senior stakeholders.

You will be responsible for working with an excessive number of stakeholders across all levels within 3 sites to consolidate into one site during 2017.

Key Skills

  • Extensive proven experience of working as Business Change Lead, Business Lead, Change Manager, Change Lead etc.
  • Strong business change skills within processes, demand flows and workshops.
  • Needs to have an extensive understanding of workshops - presenting to all levels of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience of reporting to or working with senior stakeholders at board level.
  • Manufacturing, automotive or retail background is beneficial.
